We had a great stay at Periyar House. The hotel is located inside the tiger reserve, which made for a unique and exciting experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided us with valuable information about the monkey menace and precautions to take. The room was well-maintained with comfortable bedding, and the bathroom had hot water at all times. The food, while not a buffet, was quick and delicious. The hotel also had ample parking space and a well-maintained children's play area. I would recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the jungle.

The location of this hotel is incredible being nestled in a forested reserve with easy access to all the activities related to the tiger reserve. Cleanliness was top-notch and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast served in the inside restaurant was also delicious with a wide variety of international and local dishes.

Couldn't fault anything during my stay, it was truly an enjoyable experience.

The location of this hotel was breathtaking. It offered stunning views of the natural surroundings. the food was delicious and diverse, catering to different tastes.

The lack of indoor activities was a bit disappointing, especially in the evenings when outdoor activities were not an option. we were hoping to participate in some of the local activities, but were unable to do so due to unavailability.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a charming experience. The food was scrumptious, catering for a variety of international and regional tastes. the location was exceptional, with breathtaking views of lush forest and wildlife. One of the unique experiences was the nocturnal visitors which included porcupines, sambars, and elephants.

The absence of amenities and activities, such as indoor games, was a downside. , the lack of an efficient transportation system was inconvenient with taxis being quite costly.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to all the activities related to the tiger reserve. the food in the inside restaurant is known to be good, with a special touch of Kerala and North Indian dishes. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained with good linen. Bathroom facilities are also well-kept, and hot and cold water are available all the time. Staff are friendly and offer excellent service, providing help with all the needs and answering any questions.

It would have been better if there were more indoor games or activities available after 5 PM when guests have to stay inside.
